In celebration and acknowledgement of the season, I am taking an extended period of personal time this year. This includes off-grid retreat time as well as family visits. Wishing you a nourishing balance of quietude and social connection, and the ability to laugh and let go if it doesn’t all go as planned!
Winter is perfect incubation time, and while many plans for the new year are already in the works, it feels important to pause and let the ideas gestate. I told participants in a recent workshop that it’s taken me years to organize my life around the cyclic nature of the seasons, and I am very pleased to have accomplished that in 2025! My understanding is that this inward turning during the dark time of year is the prerequisite for true flourishing come spring and summer, and I am excited to put this concept to the test! I hope you’ll continue to join me through the cycles of the next serveral years. I sense much beauty on its way to us.
More information and registration for 2026 programming will be available soon after the new year. Weekly Qi Gong class will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026. I look forward to seeing you again soon!
Many blessings for the holidays.
Best wishes,
Georgia
