Join us Fourth of July weekend to discover natural movement in your body. These foundations come before exercise, before athletics, beginning with the basic human skills of being at ease and moving well in our bodies.
In three sessions, Friday evening plus Saturday and Sunday afternoons, we’ll cover the Five Fundamental Movements of Being Alive: how to engage in active sitting, strong standing, easeful walking, free breathing, and constructive rest.
